Just a test video putting my GoPro HD Hero on my skateboard. There were other videos out there but none really showed how they attached it. I used one of the curved mounts. Worked all good.

GoPro SloMo Test

GoPro SloMo Test

I got a GoPro HD Hero Naked and wanted to test the slow mo some how.
I put it on 720p 60fps and filmed at close range a nerf gun firing.
You can see the amazing difference between the GoPro and the other 1080p 30fps camera.

Matchstick Dominoes - Minefield 1000

1,000 matches chain reaction, well 1072 actually, because I accidentally added and extra row each way, 51 matches long x 21 matches wide.

18 more army men dead. Casualty counter is now at 26.

200 was cool (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuTxRCYnJHg), 1,000 is even better, but 1,000,000 would be at least 1,000 times better.
If I get to 1 million upload views I will redo this with 1,000,000 matches.

Matchstick Dominoes

Seen videos of matchstick chain reaction lighting on Youtube and it looked like fun. So I had a go and made it into a bit of a how to video. Made this whole video for the alarmingly high budget of 49cents.

Miniature butane flame projector experiments

Tried building a miniature flame projector out of pretty much rubbish I had lying round. Which is what most of my stuff ends up being built out of. I think it went rather well.
Room for more improvement and further experiments for sure, but I'm calling the first experiments a success.

Powerade bottle moonshine flame jet stack

In my pulse jet experiments I tried stacking six Powerade bottles in a tower and lighting it from the top. The flame couldn't make it to the bottom before blowing the stack apart. Which was not the expected end result but a pretty cool one none the less.
